Core mods on jewels would be either:
+Damage
+Physical Damage
+Physical Damage with Bow
+Crit Multiplier
+Life
+Attack Speed

Mods that can help you
+Resist
+Hybrid Global crit/accuracy
+Life/Mana Leech

Hi, gonna roll this on 1 month. I have a question about starting class choice.
I see you going for ranger in your high budget character and scion in this one. What's the difference between them and what would you recommend for 1 month?

Ranger is the better choice. The difference is that Ranger has the best starting area for this build. Scion is just something I played around with because I don't see alot of TS scions :)
