Looking for a Bow Tempest build...

Are there any bow tempest builds anywhere on the forums that are proven to be effective in Tempest so far? I don't have the time/patience to theorycraft my own build, I just want to follow a guide that already works.

There seem to be builds that are strictly EA and then some that are Tornado/Split Arrow...not sure which would be better for a fresh stash with zero currency
