Town Portals Disappear while in Town

My town portals disappear if I hang around in town too long. This happened when I was involved in trades and while viewing my passive skill map. The town portal disappears and I cannot return back to the monster area I just left.

it's not a bug, it's a feature. the maps reset after 8-15 minutes of inactivity, thus destroying portals. keep it in mind going to town.

that is correct, tp's will only stay active from 8-15 minutes or until the zone resets (which is after 8-15 mins)
