The eternal Nightmare quest - Power the Rapture Device

I have completed the Eternal Nightmare - Power the Rapture Device with the gems, quest and handed it into Lady D in the Crystal Veins. The animation started to play and I clicked on the waypoint to head back to town just as the hole blew in the wall opening to the Belly of the Beast zone.

In town Lady D is an old woman.

I talk to here and she gives me a reward. However my quest has not progressed on from the Power the Rapture Device stage to the Travel to the Belly of the Beast, even if i enter the BoB zone.


I am grouped with a friend and they handed this quest in ok, he entered the zone as I was leaving.

Screen shots showing the quest has proceeded but the quest log has not are stored in the above link.

This does correct itself when I press on through the Belly of the Beast. It did not prevent me from entering BoB zone.

This bug still exists, happened just now, replicated with the same scenario this time with a teleport scroll.
