Attack Projectiles return to you & TS

Has anyone tested this and can explain how this prefix would work with a Tornado Shot/GMP bow build. There are not a lot of beneficial prefix for my last slot and this one is available yet what does it exactly accomplish with a Tornado shot build.

Any help for those that have tested would be greatly appreciated
