Spectral Throw CoC Skill tree

Just curious if someone could help me out in a skill tree for a spectral throw CoC build, I was following one but it is not up to date. I am aware "Awakening" is coming out very shortly however, I just want to be up to date.

I use a lot of passives in the Scion area so it might give you some ideas. I was going to use a Scion originally but I ended up switching gears to a Ranger. It's only for 1.3.1 though...I'm currently re-specing for 2.0 since there are many changes that will affect the build. But I'm hoping I can make it even better (especially with using jewels). ;) |
