First Time Caster... Tell Me if Wand is any Good

I'm playing a crit arc caster and it's my first caster character. I'm debating whether or not to invest in a Void Battery.

Void battery is BIS for power charge casters.

That being said your wand is really good imo. Would be better with cast speed instead of local crit but it's solid as it is.

Short of an amazingly rolled platinum kris that would also be much more expensive.

You got a decent wand there, ideally it would have spell damage, cast speed, spell crit and crit multi, but yours can serve well until you find a better one.

Nothing whatsoever, it modifies base crit of the weapon so it does nothing if you aren't using it to attack.
