Is there a skill tree planner on web for the beta skill tree?

There is, and I don't know (since I'm in Beta). It's not available through GGG though.

Do a search for "PoE.CB passive tree"

This gives me the page to the online beta passive tree. But like mentioned by shags, i am also in beta so i don't know if you can access it or not if your not in the beta yourself.

You should note that those are "jewel slots" and not "gem slots". Very different.
