Theoretically...

If I were to have made a youtube post trying to help help players make a build for hardcore, what would be the best forum to post it in? There's a fairly high chance I made it, and I wanted to share. More to that, you as a player, would you prefer a video with a text guide as well or would a video suffice? Just curious, as I wanted to help out some of the newer player influx that we'll hopefully be getting with the release of act 4.

Thanks Shagsbeard, good to see you posting around, hopefully the forum posters have been kinda to ya. I'll probably structure a guide and slowly add vids. I would think that would appease as many people as possible.

How about "gameplay help and discussion"?

It seems one of the fairly obvious sub-forums where a first timer would look for assistance in my opinion.

If relevant enough and it's informational, it might even warrant a sticky :).

Gonna have to parrot the others above and say Gameplay help would be an ideal location for such a noble effort XD

Haha, thanks guys, I'll do just that, I'll start structuring something and hopefully some players will get some use out of it. A sticky would be such an honor...okay that sounded gross, but my intentions are pure. Thank you about the video, I'm pretty new at creating vids, so I hope it will suffice!

I was thinking of making a guide on how to make a character and how to sell and buy, is there any other information that would be helpful for a new or old player that you can think of?

Just remember no good deed goes unpunished. I made a couple guide and get bugged all the time. Wish I never did it.

Generous people can be hard to find, and it isn't unusual that people flock to them because of their positive reputation.

This is hardly "punishment" :)

I will say for the selected crowd that listens to my advice, I definitely get badgered a lot for advice haha, but I enjoy it, though I can easily understand how it can get annoying to some.
