Non-party members in same instance

Teleported to church after running a number of felshrines solo. Found the area mostly cleared, with a random marauder running around clearing everything in there. I had been doing public parties earlier (like, 1-2 hours beforehand), so I imagine that the instance just kept getting refreshed after I left, until I finally came back to find a distant member of the same party clearing it!



Following the guy down to church 2 did not produce the same result - we weren't partied and hence went to different instances.

This has to be one of the most anoying things in the game so far for me, It happens to me all the time on a regular basis.

Even if i start a new party enter the instance, get to floor 2 and realize its already been cleared.

I had similar (or most probably same bug) as you not long ago - link to the thread. In my case (if I remember correctly) I had not been part of any groups that had cleared that instance previously and the people joining the instance were solo players (mostly).
