CoE doesn't affect the poison cloud for the same reason iron grip has no effect: it applies to attacks only.

Im levelling up a scion slowly for build, (play about 2hrs a night), thinking of going with belly since i dont have legacy koams and prob a corrupted +1 curse karui ward. On my 6l belly will prob do split arrow chain (in 2.0 will try frenzy, gmp since i think its universal dmg per frenzy in 2) coh, vuln, proj weakness and empower. Great build concept really like it.

Sick build Lib, realllllyyyy looking forward to try this out.

Still got 6linking to do and lvl up leo for dmg over time mod.

I think that's Really Smart, Use Vulnerability with Projectile Weakness for double curse stack for more damage!

Nice build. Thanks for checking out mine and asking about damage scaling with vuln. Glad we could have an intelegent conversation about it :D. I'm thinking I'm probably going to use BM once 2.0 goes live, as MoM will be completely out of reach and BM has some great life nodes! Only critique I have is maybe drop the AOE and Duration nodes. The tiny AOE nodes directly above the Scion seem pretty useless, and same with the duration nodes. I think they would be better put into life or some proj nodes you didn't pick up. Also I would suggest since you're using 100% pierce, then you shouldn't have much of a problem with AOE and I would switch out increased AOE for faster proj. Just my opinion, great guide though! :D

The Pleasure is all mine! :) yeah, the 35% MORE life is Really huge, and 7 possible jewels along the way, with each jewel maxed at 30% Increased damage, it's Pretty cray cray.

I personally Quite like the Duration nodes, Its a huge Quality of life thing, Its like Having an Increased duration gem, 3 nodes is pretty cheap anyways~ (from 5 Second Cloud duration> 8.27 cloud duration) and Vaal haste lasts for 14 seconds too! (Great for run speed)

The Tiny Scion Aoe nodes, Yeah they're abit Iffy, but Increased Aoe is rare... guess it's a personal taste thing, I Still find Increased Aoe better than faster Projectile speed, Since faster projectiles is like 19% Projectile damage, verses 44.5% Increase Area of effect.

I'm planning on using a lvl 20 /23 Arctic armor in 2.0 for further defenses and Runspeed as it directly ties in with your clear speed.
