Bow knockback skill on crit not working?

I made it all the way across the tree to get to bow knockback and chose it, but it has never fired.

Is this a keystone skill that doesn't work yet?

It does work but You have the remember that knockback only pushes them back a small amount so its not very obvious. To be honest I was a little disappointed when I first picked this up but there really aren't many other options so its better than nothing.

The most effective way to knockback with bow is by using flask of fending which grant 100% knockback during recovery (which is about equal to 3 seconds worth).

By having multiple mana potions with this attribute along with either a 'Add Knockback' skill gem or even better a leveled 'Projectile Weakness' you can manage a pretty good rate.

However don't expect it to be as obvious as witches with their spammable critical spells.
