Built this with Atziri on mind on standard after I ripped on Bloodlines. I switch the spells around, depending on the fights. Legacy Lightning Coil because that's all I have. Would rather have used the legit one with 30% conversion.

-High resistances and high flask uptime handle reflect, 100% fire & 91% lightning res when flasking
-I lose a little life (under 100/s I think) for RF, but both leech & high ruby flask uptime mitigate it
-Atziri fight is difficult because of keeping up power charges, 6L Coil would solve this
