Small graphical nitpicking on the Blood Magic keystone

If you have Life/ES/Mana numbers display in your options, after taking the Blood Magic Keystone you can still see "0/0 Mana". You have no mana, so who cares?

On the same topic, remove the mana bar that shows above your character when "Show mini life bar above you" is selected and you have the Blood Magic Keystone, or any blood magic enabling item.
