Latency and Drop Issues

I have had issues with latency and getting disconnected from the server last night (10PM MST, 4PM GMP+12) and this morning (9AM MST, 3AM GMP+12). The problem first starts with increases in latency going from rougly 100ms to between 200-1000ms. Once the latency issue starts, the very next time I enter a new zone or attempt to enter a zone I have recreated, I am dropped from the server.

I have contact my ISP and have found no problems with my account.

I ran WinMTR, here are the results:
