No WinMTR or pingplotter test ran, and what amounts to basless assumptions that it's the server and not you or your ISP.
Until you provide the test results(see the pinned threads) not much in the way of help will be given. Ancestral Bond. It's a thing that does stuff. -Vipermagi

got these ping spikes since 1 1/2 weeks, posted winmtr's contacted isp, reinstalled windows, did everything and still got them ^^

As I said in my previous post, would you have to do anything for a road in your area to suddenly be under construction? The internet is a lot like roads in a large city. When you want to go to the grocery store, you get on a road which connects to another road, which connects to another and so on until you get to the store. If you want to go to the library, you likely follow the same path out of your home area and then eventually the route changes and you end up at the library. The same is true for places on the internet. You follow a certain path out of your neighborhood and eventually the path leads you to the server you want. Without being able to navigate the route, we cannot tell you what is wrong. It's like saying "some road in Europe". |
