Frequent disconnects

I am usually able to play for a while (1-2hrs), then I start getting disconnected every few minutes. See my WinMTR log below. I use the stand alone client, not Steam. Can someone please help?

Send a copy to your ISP. Also try power-cycling your router and modem.
You're losing a lot of packets between your first two hops which is your router and the ISP most likely. | |

Thank you. I restored my modem to defaults with the hope of my ISP automatically flashing their firmware. Seems to have worked so far.
