Disconnects All Day Long

Hi,
Every few minutes I get diconnected, and can't connect to log in server for a while.
Also every time i use a portal scroll and walk through it, same happens, DC and can't reconnect.
Is there any solution to this?
It only happened recently (2 days) or so.

Thanks in advance!
Can you capture a WinMTR trace while playing and experiencing the issue? Make sure you're using version 0.92 and capture at least 300 packets.
What exactly is it you want me to capture?
I just moved from one area to another, and got disconnected, can reconnect.
In WinMTR in the 'HOST' field I put in "pathofexile.com" (Is that what I'm supposed to do?).
Started right as it happened.
The results:

Is that what you were looking for?
Thanks again!
Yep same here.

I'm getting disconnected all the time from PoE too.

After a closer look, I've noticed that the problem comes from po2.fcr01.sr01.ams01.networklayer.com where I get between 50-100% packet loss every 5 minutes. This has been an ongoing problem for several days now.

Which means there's no response right?
Is there a way to manually change the server I'm logging in to?
Is it a known problem on specific servers?

BTW, I'm runningn WinMTR now, I see no packet loss...
Yet when I press login, it returns a message:
"Unable to connect to login server."

And an updated WinMTR, was trying to login 4 times during this run, no success...

There's a thread linked in the Consolidated Technical sticky post which contains information for diagnosing connection issues with WinMTR.

If you're using the EU gateway, then you should be using eu.login.pathofexile.com

Also, the packet loss showing on the ams hop is normal and not real packet loss. That is a very busy node, so it sometimes drops low priority ping packets addressed to itself in favor of real packets. It's only real packet loss if every hop afterward also has the same amount or more packet loss.

Yes, packet loss means that each packet (data is always sent in multiple small packet blocks over the Internet) that get sent to the destination, a percentage of them just never gets handled by it.

For me, this is how it has been looking like for the last couple of days, all the red in the bottom means packet loss.

This is of course not any of GGG's servers so it's out of their direct control. But someone's ass in Amsterdam need to get a swift kick in the butt to get it sorted though.

edit: ok, so this is not a problem with networklayer in amsterdam then? Well, I guess it's back to blaming GGG for it then.

edit2: since the last edit I thought it would be a better idea to start blaming my own gear. Since I have a lan connection to my isp I tried to connect directly without my router, and that seemed to fix my problem. Time will tell.
