My Gear isn't even good (I can still run LvL 78 maps-> watch Video) You should get more HP on your Gear if you want to run this on HC This is not a bible. Experiment with it. My Chest is pretty bad for this build, I don't need any EVA and the life roll is rly bad .. anyways, it is 6L^^ 4. I know kinetic blast is the new kid in town that everybody is using, but i think power siphon would be a better choice if you are using power charges: It generates those charges which frees up a valuable gem slot for increased crit damage.
At least use assassin's mark as curse to get rid of pcoc. | |

I tried out PS ( In my video you can see a PS in my inventory ) lvl 20 with 20% quality.
(in the right upper corner) The awesome thing about kinetic blast is , that you can rip every pack in just a few seconds regardless if you crit or not. The critchance (with powercharges) is mostly used for singletarget (bosses, ele resist mods) on elemental hit! |
