Best Cyclone / Ground Slam Build?

So I'm new and I'm looking to do a build. I haven't been able to decide and I'm level like 36 now and I have like 38 un-used skill points, so I have done anything on the tree. I geuss I'll do a Cyclone or a Ground Slam build. but there are so many, which is the best to date that you all have came across?

Do you plan on using staff or mace?

For cyclone always axe builds...
For ground slam well if u just want the usual ground slam go for mace , if u want a crit build go for staff. | |

For cyclone do you want good life 4.5k+ and 16k+ armor...than I would suggest facebreaker cyclone set up on my duelist at 75 I was 4.6k he and 65k dps...decided to move to marauder tree and have been very happy with the build thus far...not to mention it's a rather cheap build cost effective around 5-25 exalted but the higher amount of ex is strictly for vanity purposes. Get at me if you have any ques5ions.
