Do not receive a letter with Account Unlock Code for more than half an hour on this account(mail ru). Resend mail does not help. Spam folder is empty. Try to send any mail to myself - all is ok.
Try to login on second acc - recieve mail (gmail com) in a few sec.

Seems to me that mail.ru is blocking/filtering the emails.
Tell them to cut it out, or swap your account over to a more reliable provider (like gmail).
