Why is my client downloading patch for the third time?

I keep loading and reloading game, to no avail. new msg is Error: could not overwrite executable with new patched executable. please make sure that path of exile.exe or path of exile.tmp are not still running. if necessary you may need to reboot your computer.
I do and nothing changes. I run a registery clean up program and reboot, same. I keep having multible probles with no improvement. I am going back to the game with my 2 keys in limbo. have a nice day | |

Yeah I'd like to see some patch notes too! I got a 22Mb patch, it's done but I'm still downloading someething.

I get random patches all the time, but this, was a fairly decent sized one. 50mg. Any reason for these random mini patches?
