DC when use portals / way points - load screen freeze

Hi all,
Im new in PoE but I have constant DC when use portal scrolls / waypoints or when I change zone... Its known problem ?! please help me, Im in act 3 and I have problems with play the game.... Also I have screen freeze when I try use strong boxes with pack quards - not all the time but still... I dont use wireless connection. The screen freeze from boxes is common for a lot of people due to the sudden resource load from all the effects and creatures and other assets. This mostly depends on your PC setup, but even can happen on high-end PCs.
As for the disconnection... do you use any firewall or security software or hardware that might be interfering with your network connection? If the disconnects only happen on transition, it's usually a problem with that security software being confused by the server change and denying it. Make sure that stuff is either disabled or configured correctly. I'd start with disabled for testing and troubleshooting though. Last edited by Drakier on Apr 23, 2015, 9:51:05 AM

Yeah, that may be issue, I check my firewall, PoE dosnt here, I added then, we will see. I begin testing, also I deleted client.log and watch results, thank you for reply!

So... I do some testing, and this is result, my clear client.log after delete, fresh for eeasy find what happened...
" Its not typical disconnection, its rather load screen freeze - windows busy cursor appears and game dont loading anymore... I find corrupted dungeon in Crematorium in act III, clicked on it to enter and boom - game crash, freeze... I take it you use the stand-alone client and not Steam?
If so, you should run the PackCheck as Administrator, then download the ggpk defragmenter application linked in the Consolidated Technical sticky post and run it as Administrator. Should resolve the corruption and crash. | |

Ofc I run normal client not Steam. I use PackCheck - and it says: all files are sync, now I download ggpk defragment and I want test it. I want play this game so much, I came to PoE after 3 years in Diablo III and this game is so much better, so much!!! I cannot wait for act IV...
