spectral throw without mirrored gear?

Hey sup,

has any1 a guide to a life/physdmg spectral throw build,
that doesnt require loath banes and shavs?

looking to respec my lvl 92 scion soon and would be glad if someone has any tips.

my budget would be between 50 and 100 exalts.
and i would like to be able to do uber-atziri with that build.
