High attribute requirements CWDT limitations And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.

there is rare times you wont want to .. or if you do not have the resourses to lvl it up.....say you have a bad ring with 20 to dex and you have 100 dex. if your gem next lvl requires 81 you might consider not leveling it so you can change out gear...also a few gems will not work if other gems connected to them are a higher level than it is....
