Did they change the color of the blue SC 1m armor?

I didnt want to do 1MSC because armor was baby blue like a smurf. But I logged in today and saw some ppl in my HC game in town wearing the SC armor and the armor looks a lot darker now. Looks nice. Maybe I'm imagining things or my monitor was off before.
