Can't reclaim MTX's

as title says..the game isn't letting me take my MTX's off my character named "ScorpionIsSenpai"...when I click on the button and then my gear, the reclaim button resets but the mtx stays on my gear.

edit: I have tried relogging and did not help.

edit2: Okay its working now...dunno why it wouldn't to begin with though.
