Changing E-mail

Well,for twice now I have sent the request to change the e-mail associated with my poe account, since the current one isn't used anymore. However, I didn't receive the confirmation e-mail in the requested new e-mail. Any reason why this is happening?

Any request to change your email address or password would be sent to the origonal email address you used to make the account with, you just say you are not using the account but is that because you got banned from it, it's was hacked or is now otherwise inacessable to you?

At anyrate you'll need to email support and they'll need to ask some security questions before linking a new email address

Ok so it's as I thought, it goes to the old e-mail. Yeah I lost the password and can't manage that e-mail account anymore :\
