Officers Permission to kick

You could also take responsibility, explain to the person you invited and politely ask them to decline the invitation. Worked for me.

And well.. If they don't listen then it's probably time to murder their family with bananas.
Ugh effort

You know what's annoying as an officer?
Trying to invite someone to a party, whoops you invited the person to the guild and now you can't cancel the invitation 10/10.

Isn't that your error? And is it not simple enough to get your leader to cancel or the person to decline oO

Typically I'd agree--you done goofed, now you pay the costs.. except in this case it's you done goofed, now your buddies pay the cost.

Consider that this means increasing somebody else's workload (not by much but still more than they should have to deal with) as well as risking opening your guild's stash up to somebody who has no business accessing it (if, say, the leader is offline or busy).

If it's like a repeat occurance, like you do it like once a week or something, it's probably time to slow down and take that foot off the throttle when you get a pm/send a party invite out

When your guild gets more than three members, then we may have something to talk about.

Well, yes. It is funny how people talk with property about guild matters when they don't have a proper guild.

It's like talking about sushi taste when you have never ate sushi.

It is exactly the opposite. ;) I was a guild leader in Ultima Online, DAOC & WoW. We had a pretty big guild back in the days in WoW (vanilla 40 player raids) and even in UO we had a solid chaos faction war guild. I think thanks to playing almost 15 years MMOs (a few of these years in a raid guild hunting for world rankings) I have more than just a little experience with guilds. I know how helpful a guild is when you have to store ressources, pots, equipment for restocking and so on but as I said before not one of these reasons fits into an arpg like poe. The only reason to have a big guild in poe is to stroke your e-peen "Ohhhhh yeeeaaahhh, I'm the leader/officer of a big guild muahahaha I'm so important hahaha."
@Charan: My guild will never get more than 3 members because I only use it as a shared storage between two of my accounts and to help out one rl friend of me.

Yeah most def +1 that, but am -$500 usd into guild system here atm, gotta keep going until something happens amirite?

And the assumptions they made about you seem to be correct since you have no relevant PoE "guild" experience, which is probably a good thing since it means nothing in this game.
