Booted for performing too many actions too quickly?

I was standing in town idling for a bit then went to open my stash. Instead of my stash opening, I was booted with the message "You have been booted for performing too many actions too quickly."

I don't know why the system thinks that I was doing something wrong, but I thought you should know that there may be an issue with your detection.
