The Piscator's elemental Kinetic faster build. (softcore, cheap and fun!)
 Hello guys, fortunate1220 here, i want to go in depht about my elemental Kinetic Blast character that i made in the Softcore league (pls dont start the scrubcore thing lol). I want to show you guys this build becouse omg is it a lot of fun! I have been enjoying every second of it! The build is in my oppinion good in almost everything! It's cheap, it does a crap ton of damage, it's survivability is fine if needed, and man, even bosses are easy! I have 2 sorts of this build, dps heavy one (mine) and the "tank/DPS" type. I have the first one becouse i wanted to see what this build could do DPS wise. and man i gotta say, the dps is INSANE! To much talking.... Let's begin with some fun things! The Gear of mixedness xD

flasks : Yea i know... one of my rings is realy bad! BUT still i do have a 6L Belly (NOT NEEDED! Look at the link part of this guide!) and ofcourse Alpha's/Piscators! the other ring is nice and so is my amy. If u want more tankyness defenitely look into getting some more life from ur pieces, but iam fine on tankyness :D links!

5 link: Kinetic Blast/ Weapon Elemental Damage/ Lesser Multiple Projectiles-Greater Multiple Projectiles/ Increased Critical Damage 6 link (luxuary slot) Kinetic Blast/ Weapon Elemental Damage/ Lesser Multiple Projectiles-Greater Multiple Projectiles/ Increased Critical Damage/ Pierce-Powrcharge On Critical-Chain yes, i do have a 6L Belly Of The BEAST but as you see, you don't need it! Your fine with a tabula or a 5L, the only thing you gain from a 6L is pierce chance, easier acces to power charges or chain, wich aren't a nessecity!But I would REALY recommend getting a Belly of the Beast. Chain V.S. Pierce

Ok, so later in this guide i will have a Map tier list, and i would go for chain instead of pierce for those tier 3 maps and fracture maps if i had a green socket, and i would go Pierce for everything else :]

as i said i want to make a kind of tier list with some examples, and i want to go over some of the map mods you can't run

tier 1: indoor maps/other good maps examples arachnid nest, torture chamber (indoor) gorge, plateau (good maps)
tier 2: good maps but not good becouse of outdoor example: dry peninsula tier 3: bad maps, outdoor and not to much fun, and have bad bosses examples: coves, courtyard Why a tier list? Wellp, i played this build for not to long and i already see that it's power realy shines in pack killing and indoor maps for the walls, also i hate projectile attacks in outdoor maps becouse you can basicly hit everything without knowing it, this means that you can shoot mis and still hit a target, wich has the chance of dropping a good item, amagine that a mob drops a mirror! and you didn't get it :O Also, bosses can be a froblem when you aren't at my DPS level so... i tenth to not do hard map bosses Map mods

map mods you can't run: blood magic, 50% or 0% life/mana regen maps, elemental reflect maps, less maximum resist (can't handle reflect anymore)
map mods i would'nt run: frozen ground, temporal chains, boss damage and double boss can be meh if it's like shrine or so funny mods: pack size/blue mobs/ rare mobs %, fracture, and i like beyond SO MUCH lets's look at some stats shall we?

got a new ring! exalted it and than i putted the extra damage on it! 2K dps more, sittin at 27.8K in hideout now, old ring: wich wasnt that good :*( but hey :D got a upgrade ^^

and i updated the stat spoiler! gained 3K dps with power charges :D awesome that i can push my dps even more ^^
