Mana reservation shows wrong amount on the mana globe

Shows the entire mana pool is reserved. Also I'm getting black lines from my stash across the screen.

Have you tried running the packcheck? It does show the cutoff point, but doesn't actually cut the Reservation 'image' properly. Seems like your install might be screwed.
