Black screen with AMD R7 200 Series

I've done everthing on this website and I still can't get this game to work. After 4-5 minutes the game goes black, the music is still rolling but I can't do anything. This is my computer spec's.
I'm suspecting it's the PSU that is only 350W. I have a spare 450W PSU but I'm not sure if it will do the trick. SPECS:
