Help perfecting or improving build.

So i haven't really made this build to end game or tried much of it, but i wanted to use some swords i think are cool "everybody says they are trash." Rebuke of the vaal. Dual wield cleave ive tried coming up with a build and would like some help probably made a few errors.

the gear i would be using would or might be an alphas/rats nest, rebuke of the vaal x2, meginord belt, maligaro gloves.
Was thinking of going hybrid (Armour, Evasion)
If you have recommendations to gear im all ears.
