Game Crashing

Hello. After the torment to standard merge my game has been crashing A LOT. In the space of 2 hours I have crashed at-least 10 times, and have tried reloading the game and restarting my PC. Usually I do not have this issue. Does anyone know a fix for this?

It can be easy to fix depending on the issue - can you post a DxDiag in a spolier tag and give us an idea of what kind of other software/applications you run while playing, as well as the current graphics settings you use?
