Challenge totem only in hardcore hideout, not in standard

As stated in title, my totem only pops up in the hardcore hideout. Is this by design, or do i have to do something special to get it to standard?

You probably only get one so you have to delete the one in hardcore to put it back into your mtx tab to deploy in standard.
