Non Crit Scion?

I've been throwing around the idea of playin a non crit ele buzzsaw scion in the 1 month league on hardcore. I was watching ZiggyD's video about ele buzzsaw and i was wondering how viable it would be in the endgame maps?

From the video I was getting the feeling it would be really nice to level with, but im still not sure about the endgame.

I'm playing that build and i can tell you its end game viable, so far no problems with maps and yesterday i killed normal atziri.

It's perfectly fine endgame.
