Need help with Dominating blow build

Hey guys, I was thinking about making dominating blow build but I have questions about items and passive tree.

First of all what kind of route i should go, Bloodmagic with hp regen or with alot of manaregen.

Items: Facebreaker with Bringer of rain or with Siege axe, The Vertex vaal mask (for 50% reduced mana on skills) & aegis aurora, dont know about the chestpiece. with fb and BoR i have less sockets to use, but with aegis and siege axe i can be more tanky and use all mana on auras.

Passive tree: Should i grab all minion damage nodes, increased duration. And then go for HP and HP regen nodes & Block nodes when running with aegis aurora.

Links: What links i should use ? Convocation & minion speed can be good cause mobs i kill are pretty slow as i have seen.

Auras: Haste, maybe clarity ?
