Compeitive Public Parties

add a new box for the public party creation menu that can be checked in the challenge leagues

"tournament or challenge mode" or some words that equate to mean 'standard competitive public game mode'

1) creates a new game - kicks everyone in the current party out except for the host - the host loses the ability to kick but inactive players are automatically kicked after 5 minutes
2) automatically names the game something generic, if possible based on current quest or act
3) game does not appear to all players, they should randomly cycle (to prevent multi-loaders abuse)
4) when these games appears in the list it should have some indicator that it is tournament mode or whatever it would be called
5) some device or npc is added so that a characters can spend 2 portal scrolls to be teleported to any other player (makes it fair to anyone)
6) FFA loot setting
7) higher IIR and IIQ bonues per player then normal multiplayer (10-20%? and/or add some special items that can only drop when this mode is on)
8) higher monster HP then normal multiplayer game (double or more? it should be very difficult) - XP should be given in proportion to more monster hp? - maybe slightly more monster damage as well
9) disable party invite ability and no player names visible in the public roster (should be hard to find your friends)
10) can only join one game every 10 minutes (to prevent easy game shopping)
11) only allows characters to join who are within close level range (range could widen if nobody joins over periods of time)

The idea is to create a reasonably fair environment that is competitive by 'default' and not abuseable by multiloaders or bots so GGG could actually give out some kind of incentives. The increased monster HP/damage might make it very hard to progress but should encourage extra team work.
