Scold! This bad boy is the key to your build. Scold + Cast on crit! will cast you mostly any spell in the game. Base on Building of the week, I evolve the new but that Auto cast any speed with cast on damage taken For example

You need arc level 20 of course for damage, My current DPS right now is 10k. With 6 Like i think i can go up to 15k dps easy with that white 6l shirt, but i lose alot of HP. So I dont use it. More over most white and blue mobs die with arc any way. Skill tree current level 69
