Can't start game

I just made a charcter and click the play button
And i waited, but after a few minutes it returned to character page without showing and tool which should be right. I clicked ESC and repeat to press paly, but i can't play game. It keeps returning to charcter page How should i do in order to solve this problem? Last bumped on Jun 23, 2016, 8:41:56 AM
