what about keeping the event but just not inviting the winner to the invitational? This way people get to play it and enjoy it while still knowing that it is not the one that matters. The entitlement is strong in this thread. Shit happens. I'm sure there's a good reason for the cancellation. He sure did handle it more professionally that a few of the posters here.
