No. You need a Voll's devotion amulet to generate endurance charges after you have consumed power charges, which I have explained in my previous replies that it's not needed and it's expensive. But if you want it to have less survivabilty and more damage, you can remove immortal call from CwDT, so the endurance charges generated by Enduring Cry will not be consumed, and can add those 3 charges to your discharge
