Lightning Warp/Shock Nova Witch Build Suggestions/Help

Hello, and thanks for coming to this post.

What I'm looking for is simple--I would like some help in crafting a (viable) Lightning Warp/Shock Nova build. I've always been intrigued by the Lightning Warp skill, but I think Shock Nova is a necessity to really get in there and do damage on top of the initial, slam, if you will.

I don't have much experience with this game other than failing to create a character that can surpass Cruel without many issues, let alone play through Merciless and survive. Those characters now just kill things for, lack of a better term, fun. And present me with skill gems enough to get me through the first couple of levels.

So, for anyone out there that is quite familiar with this game and creating builds, I am seeking your help in creating this character build.

Any suggested build paths are appreciated. I'd just like to reiterate that I am not very familiar with this game despite the time I've put into it. So, as many pointers along the way of creating this build would be greatly appreciated!
