Do anyone know if a program stash sorter is ilegal.. it flag a acount?

My understanding is that if it touches the game client, which something like this would, it would be against the ToS and would be a big no no. I would probably say it could get you banned.
If you need to look for an item, they added a search function to the stash. Standard: Level 78 GS/HS Marauder

Procurement is legal to use. It canNOT change your stash but is nice for things like searching and preparing webpages for a sale webpage, etc. http://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/172710

^^^ yup Procurement is a great tool. As long as you stay away from anything that touches/alters your client you will be fine.
