Help with Autohotkey script please (sending block of text to group chat)

I've started doing Dominus MF group parties and have a block of text I'd like to post only to the group as new players drop in/out.

Currently I can post it once and then scroll up to the last time I posted it and send it again but having that block of text bound to a key would be much more convenient.

Can anyone who knows AHK well help me figure out how to write the script please?
