Where Do I See the Ignore List?

And how am I suppose to see who's in there?

You can't.

If you really want to know, clear the ignore list and start over, this time writing it down in a notebook or something.

You can only do:

/squelch <character>
/unsquelch <character>
and /clear_ignore_list

This puzzled me the first time my ignore list was full and i wanted to remove a single entry to add another.

Alas you can not view it to see the entries there.

Copy and paste to notepad would make more sense, although there honestly should be an option to view who is listed in your ignore list. It is very easy to mistakenly ignore the wrong person, as I have done in the past (some troll was spamming Global and I mistakenly ignored the wrong person, which I noticed when I continued to see his/her spam).
