[Torment 1.3] Scold´s CoC - Cast on Crit Wander (Scold´s Bridle)
 This Guide is for a CoC Wander and can be done as Templar, Shadow or Witch. I use Scold´s Bridle Helmet and Doedres Tenure Gloves to get as much Spelldamage as possible from gear, so i´ll have some great damage from all the spell i spam with CoC. You can do the build without Scold´s, indeed it would make gearing easier as you could get resists and life on your helmet or use a rats nest for the ias + crit, but you will lose a lot of spelldamage.

CoC Setup 1 Kinetic Blast - Cast on Crit - LMP/GMP - Ice Spear - Arctic Breath If you use a 6L you can add inc. Critical Strikes, Inc. Critical Damage,Arc or Powercharge on Crit if you don´t use a Voll´s Protector. CoC Setup 2 Barrage - Cast on Crit - Flame Surge - Glacial Cascade Cast when damage taken CwdT-Enduring Cry-Increased Duration-Immortal Call Curse Setup Herald of Thunder - Curse on Hit - Elemental Weakness - Frostbite/Warlords Mark If you want more Defense use Warlords Mark for some great leeching. Other Stuff: Herald of Ice - Reduced Mana Lightning Warp Vaal Molten Shell - Inc. Duration - Inc. AoE I use Lightning Warp just to jump up and down Ledges so unlinked is enough for me.
Gear
My Gear: Wand You need a Wand with high Crit Chance (Local not Spell Crit!) and high Attack Speed. High Spelldamage is also very nice to have ofc. If you are on a Budged better get one with high local crit then one with high APS + Spelldamage. Critchance is the most important thing for every CoC Build. If you don´t crit, you don´t deal damage at all. Helmet I use a Scold´s Bridle for the high Spelldamage boost. You could use a rare helmet with resists and life or a Rats Nest for Crit and ias. Gloves I use Doedres Tenure in this slot for even more Spelldamage. The downside of reduced castspeed does nothing as we cast all our spells with CoC. I have some corrupted Tenures with supported by Cast on crit, i´ll try to 4L them atm to get a 2nd 5L for the Barrage Setup, i will update ho well that works once i can get my hands on more vaal orbs. You could also use rare gloves for resists and life or maligaros for crit chance & multi Shield We want some resists and life here and ofcourse some juicy Spelldamage will not hurt in this slot. Chest I am using a Voll´s Protector. Thats because i am lazy with charges and don´t have a 6L that fits the build. If you want to use any other chest you will need a 6L to add Powercharge on Crit, as the build has no other way to get Charges. I really like Volls, we don´t need the mana and having charges up all the time without much hassel really helps a lot. Boots Life, Resists, Movement Speed. Nothing Special here. Rings Life, Resists, Accuracy, Manaleech If you get some Fire Damage it will help a lot. It will ignite the enemies you crit, even if its only 1-2 Fire damage. This will help Flame Surge and also trigger Celestial Punishment. Belt Life and Resists Amulet Crit Chance, Crit Multi, Spell Damage, Accuracy The Amulet Slot can be used very offensive so try to get resists on Rings, Boots and Belt to equip a nice Spelldamage/Crit Ammy Flasks Get a Atziri Flask to help with Reflect. Bleed + Freeze Flask, one of them instant the other Surgeons That was it so far, i´ll post more Videos soon. thats because no one even needs a guide lel
use maligs+rats nest+ decent wand and blam you have yourself a coc build. grab some asp/crit/spell dmg nodes on the skill tree and BAM you have a build! not so hard is it |

When i read about people struggling to get through merciless, i allways think a guide is worth it even for the most basic build...
