Just bough a new pc, can it run poe at max settings?

so i have been using a crappy i3 laptop for poe since a few months ago and i am very frustrated with always crashing and minecraft graphics. i bought a new pc(which costs me $2k) and i would like to ask if it can run poe on max settings. replies are much appreciated!:P
