What type of damage do the clouds of black shit the Vaal Trio spawn on death do?

I keep geting stunlocked over it by enemies and instaripping :/

the "death"clouds are phys or chaos.
the line of cloud the cycloner does is chaos.
rest is pure phys (rain, attacks, etc).

The black ground they leave on death is physical.

Dual striker guy has fire dmg too.

yea the cycloner leaves a sort of trail like with arctic armor, but it does chaos damage

the black clouds do physical DOT, the main way to mitigate it is self cast enduring cry linked to spell echo and slef cast immortal call linkes to increased duration and even enhance if got a leveled one.

its physical and EC + IC makes the fight far more trivial than it should be, especially if you dont mind doing the double striker guy last (ie if your damage cant be reflected/have high fire res)

basically if you can keep up IC for a while, chaos damage becomes the most important one to mitigate. if youre CI, that problem is already solved. if you're not, just kill the cycloner first.
